Cancellation Policy

All custom orders are required to be paid in full at the point of order. You may cancel your order for 50% refund 7-14 days from the scheduled pick up. All cancellations within 7 days of the scheduled date of pick up are not subject to financial refund. Please be aware that the bakery's production calendar requires forward planning. Last minute cancellations consume available resources and orders are sometimes not accepted because of a full schedule.
