Basic- White Border, Sprinkles, Message

Level 1- $5 Colored Icing or Chocolate Icing, Sprinkles, Message

Level 2 - $10 Three color swirl or Tip design (grass), or 1-2 icing colors

Level 3- $15 1-4 Icing Colors, few flowers, simple decor (cross, sport ball, etc...)
