Basic- White Border, Sprinkles, Message

Level 1- $5 Colored Icing or Chocolate Icing, Sprinkles, Message

Level 2- $10 Three Color Swirl or Tip Design (grass), or two icing colors

Level 3- $15 1-4 Icing Colors, few flowers, simple decor (cross, sports ball)

Level 4- $ 20 1-5 Icing Colors, projector use (icing logo/simple character)
