Decorating Level:

Basic - White Border, Sprinkles, Message

Level 1 - Colored Icing or Chocolate Icing, Sprinkles, Message

Level 2 - Three Color Swirl or Tip Design (grass), or two icing colors

Level 3 - 1-4 icing colors, few flowers, simple decor (cross, sports ball)

Level 4 - 1-5 icing colors, projector use (icing logo/simple character)

Level 5 - Minimal Fondant Design or 2-3 cookies

Level 6 - Both Minimal Fondant Design and 2-3 cookies
